We recently dropped Version 2.5 of the Z5 Inventory Platform and App, eliminating the need for archaic, inaccurate paper counts and enabling the identification of slow and excess inventory for the purpose of expiration avoidance.

I recently returned from two weeks on the road visiting customers and prospects. I started in Washington, DC, then on to Baltimore, Boston, Cincinnati, and finally Los Angeles. My new favorite motto is: “if you have time to spare, then go by air,” but that is for another blog.

Every year hospitals and hospital staff go through the annual budget process. Departments submit projections for their needs, projects are prioritized and re-prioritized, meetings are held to discuss the merits of each, and at the end of the process, funds get allocated.
