This is a part-time seasonal position in our NorCal or SoCal operation. You will work with the Z5 healthcare supply chain teams to count and value their inventory. You will perform counts statewide at inpatient or outpatient pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, or surgery centers. This position will work directly with the Customer Success Managers.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform physical inventories and product reallocation tasks at pharmacies using Z5's mobile device-based technology.
2. Support the Customer Success Team with tasks/projects as needed.
3. Maintain high personal conduct while on site.
4. Adhere to rules around sterility when working within clinical areas.
5. Work long days and weekends as required (no holidays).

Qualifications:

1. High level of organizational skill and be able to pay attention to details with a high level of accuracy.
2. Ability to count accurately at an effective rate (+50 counts per hour).
3. Ability to be flexible such as stooping and bending and reaching overhead.
4. Ability to be on your feet for very long periods without issue.
5. Must be proficient with smart devices and technology (smartphones & tablets).
6. Ability to manage a customer's concerns with a smile on your face.
7. Strong desire to earn your pay.
8. Self-motivated.
9. Strong communication skills.
10. Proficient in operating electronic devices (Android/ IOS)
11. Acute attention to detail.
12. Access to reliable transportation and/or childcare.

14. Medical and auditing experience is a plus such as Pharmacy Technician and Surgical Technologist, Medical Supply chain or inventory auditors and inventory specialists.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
2. Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.

Compensation: 

We offer $22 to $25 per hour.
